Lead By Example

"Be the change you wish to see in the world."

Stop waiting.  Show others how to follow.  The secret to being a leader is being brave enough to take the first steps.  You set the tone, pave the path, clear the weeds, so that others can follow.  You make it easy for them.

We don't like the weeds.  We shy from resistance.  And that's ok.  But, if you really want to start a movement, if you really want to create change, you have to show people that its possible.  Faith is only so strong.  Even God must remind us to believe in the impossible.  Take the first steps.  Lead by example.
