The sport of rowing, also frequently referred to as "crew" is beautiful. Teams glide gracefully over the water racing towards a finish line. Their motions in near perfect synchronization. If one member pulls too hard, the boat won't move straight. Rowers even take breaths at the same time. 

How synchronized is your team? Naturally, you do not have to be breathing together like rowers, but it is important to be on the same page, with the same future goal. Working together as one cohesive unit may make the difference between getting to market first, or wandering helplessly off course.
